There's talk going around that both NTFL and SFL will change their names to AFL Northern Tas. and AFL Southern Tas. for next season, and probably beyond. There's apparently going to be a meeting held to vote on the idea, or something, I missed the full story. I will post any other info on this story, when more info is known about the changes.
