Hadn't seen anyone mention it yet but props to Edwards for reaching this small milestone. He has really stepped up this year and I'm really looking forward to his contribution this week. Currently sitting as our third highest goal kicker this year.

If he can sharpen up his accuracy at goal he will be a massive in for us.

I really wish he wouldn't start every year so slowly though. It's really irritating.

Thanks for starting this thread doc, I've also noticed how titch has stepped up this season, and I really hope he can keep the steps he's taken going on into the second half of the season. He's appearing more and more like a seasoned player which has been great to see.

Kudos too to the club's development coaches!

Just goes to show how many games it can take a player to really find their niche and how some time in and around good players and coaching staff can make a difference.

Last season he had 4 goals 12 behinds, after 10 this season he's sitting at 13 goals 11 behinds. Playing a different role but his contribution has been brilliant.

Eddy is my cult hero. He's a bit frustrating sometimes but I love how dramatic he can be. He looks like he's trying to do a million things at once sometimes.

Congrats on the 100 games to him. Being over in Adelaide I think he'd love to have a big game.

Congrats Shane! I didn't think you were going to make it but you've found your niche in the forward line. Looking like an excellent player at the moment.

Gotta admit I've knocked him a bit in the past, some of his turnovers in years gone bye have made me physically sick...

But he has really tightened his game up, and his last month in particular has been brilliant.

Well done Edwards - I always thought he might be a good small forward with his pace and agility. Glad to see him doing well up forward and stepping up while others aren't firing just yet. Has had his knockers but maybe has found his spot in the side.

Fitting and a bit of good fortune that he gets to play his 100th over in SA. I'm sure he will have many friends and family in attendance for hopefully a star performance from him and win for the tiges :thumbsu:

Round 9 2008 against Essendon is when he showed he could be a damaging forward...... its take until this season for the club to finally realise this.
