I'm wondering what others thought of his game. I know he has been out a long time, but it showed a lot more than I thought it would. Will he hold his spot?

Higgins or Shaunny Shaun (as I and I assume no one else likes to call him) offers us enough class to warrant a spot in the 22 imo.

I agree that he hasnt exactly lifted to the necessary standard yet, and think Harbrow is playing better, but I still think they both deserve to be in the team. There is no quality replacement for him.

Missy is just missing match practice. Fumbled and butchered the ball a couple of times. I would play him because he has pontential to be very good once he gets another game under his belt.

I agree Libba39...you can see him kicking 4 when it clicks I reckon. In racing parlance I reckon he is good for the two runs prior and should freshen up nicely for this Friday nights game. The Hawthorn backline is nowhere near as good as their forward line so hopefully he can take advantage of it.

For some Reason he reminds me of Aker. No overly quick but has explosive power, runs hard, great kick and excellent skills.

I would keep him in, agreed not in great form (as mentioned by everyone else) but IMO is a match winner!

Higgins is one of those players that could easily get under the guard of Hawthorn and kick 4 or 5 goals. He's had 2 senior games after about 4 at Willi so he should be hitting his straps now. I reckon he should be played as a permanent forward pocket. Deadly in front of goal.

He could be that x factor people talk about. Im still not sure what an x factor is but just maybe Hggins is ours.

HE HAS IMPROVED IN BOTH HIS GAMES AND HAS THE X-FACTOR ABOUT HIM.

For me its a yes he deserves to play.
