In the paper it also has a pre-season formguide (SuperCoach price versus pre-season worth) and some tips.
He suggests to "pick your rookies first, then your bargains, then your guns and then fill the gaps" - which I'd disagree with.
Also interesting to note that on pre-season form, Ben Holland is worth $7,600.
Best of west, then the rest

AFTER four weeks of intensive study of all the permutations of the NAB Cup, I am nearly ready to reveal my SuperCoach team to the masses. I said nearly ready.
You will have to wait for Thursday's paper when I reveal the finished product after Wednesday night's team selection.
It has been a very different process picking a side from 700 AFL players, not just the 40-odd normally on the Windy Hill whiteboard.
But after consulting my trusty selectors – all those former players-turned coaches who have given me the good mail – I believe I have a seriously good side.
We have built the team around a couple of high-priced WA superstars, Matthew Pavlich and Dean Cox.
Coxy is the only ruckman who gets big scores most weeks and Pavlich is the most durable and consistent of the big guns, so I don't mind outlaying lots of cash on those two.
Resting on my bench are a pair of up-and-comers in Ryan Gamble and Kurt Tippet. Both have done some special things during the past few weeks.
Do I go with them, or make a late change to a young turk such as Hawthorn's Cyril Rioli?
Once again, you will have to wait and see.
In the midfield we have gone for some stars and some value picks.
Nick Dal Santo is a star, Brent Stanton looks about ready to bust open some games and Cameron Ling has averaged 30 possessions in the pre-season and is great value at only $453,000.
Bachar Houli and Brent Prismall are two who have not put a foot wrong in the pre-season. Do I keep the faith with them or go for proven performers?
The defence has been a little harder to pick because there aren't many bargains in this section of the field.
Dustin Fletcher just never lets you down, and Marty Mattner looks good value with fellow Sydney defender Nick Malceski missing.
I have always loved the way Eagles defender Brett Jones goes about his business, while once again the team sheets will prove crucial when it comes to seeing if back-ups Harry Taylor and my smoky, Kangaroo Scott Thompson, remain.
I haven't blown the budget either – there was $100 to spare.
If you haven't selected your team yet, get cracking. Sheedy's Superstars will be waiting for you.
