There is much talk about shorter game time with some quarters going 35 minutes plus.
Can we go back to the 1960s 70s 80s when quarters ran 25 minutes plus time on, my question is did the clock keep running and only stop when a goal was scored or serious injury.
Very rarely did a quarter go more than 30 minutes when did it change to the current nonsense where the time clock stops for ball ups out of bounce goals scored goal reviews.
This question is for us oldies lol.
