Apparently you can buy all sorts of contraband off there and can't get into any trouble, even if the stuff is found while going through customs but I'm still sceptical. Has anybody used this site? Is it safe?

Noticing more and more people using that site. It's about the only place you can get quality googs/mdma at the moment. Was out Friday and saw a bunch of 16 year olds peaking off their **** that had gotten there pills from the site.

It's not something you want to be caught for though.

Wouldn't you guys be extremely cautious about using it?

Maybe I'm just paranoid. But I'd feel really weird using Tor, I always think my internet provider/police would be on me.

Additionally, how do these things even get into the country?

Here's an interesting piece on the deep web. I've posted another from VICE on BF before, but I can't find it.

http://www.vice.com/en_au/read/world-wide-wut-the-state-of-the-sketchball-internet

The thing is, it's not actually completely anonymous. People have been tracked. Anonymous got the details of thousands of people on a child pornography website. It's not foolproof. And additionally, I'd be worried that the authorities could see that I'm using Tor: And I mean, won't that be undeniable suss? I dunno, I just don't know how anyone can use it.

It's kind of interesting. Actually getting set up right to browse the deep net is an achievement in itself. I researched it pretty extensively about 9 months back for a project I was doing. Some quite interesting places you can find. I have to say, though, that unless you get hooked-up with some decent (and recent) bulletin boards, you'll be stumbling around the same old hackneyed deep net sites always tendered as the 'seething underbelly'. Some great UFO resources lurking on the deep net.

Silk Road was kind of a laugh too.

So you explored the Deep Web, Grizz? Was it all it's cracked up to be? Scary or just interesting?

I enjoyed it. Very different from the net as such; you can't go looking for stuff, you have to know where to go.

Interesting.

What kind of stuff were you seeing on the Silk Road?

And what do you mean by UFO resources? UFO culture really intrigued me for a little while, so I'd like to know what you meant.

I've read some stories.

Basically, there's a lot of boring things on the deep web. In an article I previously posted, there's lots of really dodgy (but identifiably dodgy) web stores and things like that.

There's no search engine as such, is there?

will you be able to enlighten us on the address/.onion code of said UFO resources?

Wow this is some crazy shit. I have googled the deep web and all that and was considering going on but it sounds like there are quite a lot of hackers an stuff who know what they are doing. So as I gather it you download tor and then you are anonymous? and then you can google stuff and different content to normal comes up?
I am really curious haha
