Hey guys i feel like im in unknown territory and i suppose i am as i am a tigerfan (by the way this year stupid aaron fiora cost us that game) Anyway i just wanna know can someone give me alot of info on fletcher like anything?

Tries hard, normally gathers around 10-20 touches a game, very poor disposal..

i liked Flecther, i thought he was a good player!

however, i can see why we delisted him, coz we picked up so many midfielders and he wouldn't get a game ahead of the new guys!

But he will be ok for a replacement if blumfield,johnson,campbell,coughlan or brown get injured? I see him always kicking it in front of an opponent but it is always when the players are beside eachother causing it to spill out

Very much a confidence player. Has OK disposal and OK speed. Would be very good off a half-back flank in a good team.

Runs off his opponents a lot (hence the previous statement). Definitely can carry it down a wing and kick it from 50 for you (with some practise).

It didn't surprise me when Tigers got him - Brittain loves him. I can't see him getting too many games there tho, unless there's some injuries.

I almost forgot Wayne Brittan existed, let alone that he was at the tigers.

Great to see a man who knows how to keep a low profile.

Fletch is always commited but he doesn't get enough of the ball and when he does he isn't able to back up a decent performance the following week. Panics too often hence the lack of disposal but is a great bloke and a good clubman.

Jimmae's suggestion of using him as a HBF option is sound but he frustrates so often I can't see him being able to hold down a permanent spot let alone a permanent position.

Good luck to him over at Punt Road. I always wished his glimpses became consistant form.
