I love boutique type stadia, built for atmosphere and they look great....it would be excellent to see more of the English type football stadiums here in Australia in the years to come.

I agree. After Melbourne and Gold Coast get their stadiums, the NRL will have an even larger choice of great stadiums to play rep matches as well which is a positive.

25,000 is a pretty small capacity where there isnt really a bigger option to take high attendance games to.

Suncorp Stadium up the road from Robina holds 50K+

The Titans won't fill the new stadium after the novelty of opening night.

And Docklands across town for the bigger Storm/Victory games in Melbourne.

Storm don't really need any more space than 20K seats either.

should be a great little stadium. will definately make the effort to get there a few times each year:thumbsu:

Agree. That will be my 'away' trip next season.

Despite the fact that they are constantly filling Carrara at the moment (the worst viewing ground of nrl team)?

I think Telstra Dome is a better venue for State of Origin than the new 25,000 seater..

Lidge, who is the Fantapants in your Avatar???Must say, she looks one of the dirtiest Rangas ive ever seen. Mouth currently watering.

They fill a terrible ground at Carrara every week with no problems.

I thought they'd struggle to get much of a crowd for the game against the Warriors, but it turned out to be one of their best.

Excellent support so far.
