Don't these improve the players performances?

What would happen if they were worn for games, would players perform better?

If they would then they should trial a match where players where skins and do you think it will make the game abetter spectacle??

It's not so much on performance, but they help in the process of recovery...something to do with the constriction/pressure they apply to the muscles. Or so I've been told

They are designed to be used while playing/training as well as an "after sport" recovery. I think the original design was for recovery though.

Compression tights are awesome, they reduce the amount of lactic acid build up and give that little bit more while wearing them during sport and help in the recovery.

I wear mine when I go skiing and sometimes wear them while riding my bike and running. When I do a mini-triathlon weekend I normally sleep in my skins and generally feel great in the morning. When I don't wear them I usually wake up pretty sore and tight.

As someone who has used both skins and the nike pro compression series i find they do aid in recovery and also give you a little extra come trainings and game day. However a new brand, been big in America for some time now, just released here crap on both of them. It's called Under Armour and it will be huge. Great product, more expensive than Nike Compression but less than Skins. Absolute gold.
