I think most posters are pretty spot on with Elliot. If he had remained injury free I'm sure he would have debuted by now. What separates him from the likes of Sinclair is his finishing and composure. He'll play sooner than later.

Doesn't just have to be a pigeon holed small forward but even some classy HFFs.
Fasolo and Elliott will be quality in the coming years but we need a couple more coming through, particularly since we have lost Davis who was brilliant in that role, Didak coming close to the finish line and our back ups like Dick leaving also.
I'd much prefer the medium sized quality HFF (think Didak, Stevie J, Lecras) rather than your traditional small FP type forward.

Great to see Shaw named in the forward line.Hopefully that is where he will play.He is just the sort of player we need up there,strong and hard at the contest,reads the flight of the ball to perfection,great mark,one touch player,disciplined and really knows how to read the play.If he goes well it will mean he attracts the best small defender and the knock on affect will mean that the likes of Beams,Wellingham Sidebottom will then be up against the second or third best defender,then Fasolo,Ugle and Sinclair will cop the fourth best defender,which should help their development enormously.
