Software Instead of itunes

I have a program called podworks which I downloaded but is only a trial version. It is great to be able to transfer songs, apps and video without itunes.

Does anyone know of any other programs for PC that I could get to do the same job?

Sharepod is good for transferring music. Don't think it does apps though
