In an absolutely pathetic performance by East Perth...beaten by Peel. Not one Eagle came out with any real credit

I'll add to my last post because it is a concern.
best according to Sunday Times was Swan, Haynes, Chambers, Holman, Butcher, Buznan.
East Perth had 7 Eagles playing including Cox and Turnbull. A friend who drove down to Collie for the match said that Cox was pathetic and the team looked disinterested and had probably been on the booze the night before.
If the best of our non injured crop can't beat a bunch of country bumpkins I shudder to think of what the future holds.
