Happens every single week!!!

Why the **** can't we get the ball in quick enough from a kick in?
No matter who we are playing we ALWAYS!!! take forever to get the ball back in..

Why do we have so much trouble?
Please any answers?

I'd also like answers.

An example of our defense was letting Collingwood kick in the ball and having Thomas run the ball to about 80m from their defensive end.

We let teams get out easily sometimes but really need to make more of an effort ourselves to get the ball outside 50 as quickly as possible.

I want to know why do we always handball when we can kick it. That pissed me off. Plus we run to the fwd 50 and kick it to someone. why can't they have a shot?

Actually I think the answers to many questions are very simple.......we're still very raw.

These are obvious. We don't play a long kicking game because our kiciking skills aren't polished enough. Plus fast hanballs play perfectly into our fast paced run and carry game plan. What frustrates the f*** out of me is supporters at games constantly yelling kick the ball when we are reloading out of the backline and a handball to a running player is the best option. Worse then that, people yelling kick the ball and they do kick the ball, then screaming even louder that they shouldn't have kicked the ball when it doesn't come off right. OMG SIT DOWN AND STFU!!!!

As for shots from 50, look at the Collingwood game. We kicked like 1.9 or something from 40+.

If we get Fletcher to bring the ball in, i'm sure we'll get it in a lot quicker. Hurley would be another option as well.

At the moment one of the issues I believe is that we don't have a person who usually does it, it's basically whoever is closer which then at times gets three players running to the square and have two people out of position.

Dyson seems to bring it in pretty quickly, from what I've noticed of him kicking in.
