I struggled through Sydney’s 40° day today by escaping to the cinema, only for the air conditioning to break down in the sold out 300 seat screen. Great film, terrible experience, I’d take the pouring rain.

No Other Choice! The new Park Chan-Wook (Director of Old Boy). Extremely funny dark comedy. Unfortunately 140 minutes, which is long for a hot and crowded room!

The thought has crossed my mind about setting up a movie contest but not sure watching 20 movies in two days is a reasonable ask for (most) people.

One a month or every two weeks is enough. Some take multiple viewings. Actually the best ones always need it.

Even back in November the shopping centres are wheeling out Christmas stuff with Santa.
