Opinion southern saints

good ol what ifs. Now i love the saints, sometimes more than some of my kids (not really, but I'll tell them that from time to time to keep them on theor toes), BUT WHAT IF the AFL gave saints a buttload of draft picks, Renamed them the Southern Saints and sent them to a brand new facility in Tassie (yes, i looked it up, its not a mystical far away land it actually exists) to toil away with a better chance of winning a flag. Would you still follow them? Guaranteed theyd be playing in Melbourne about 10 times a year so going to games wouldnt be an issue

They would be the South Island Saints...
after 5 years the black will be replaced by green...
after 10 the name changed to Devils.
Final product... South Island Devils... Colours: Green, White and 1 thin red stripe somewhere.
But my AFL membership will be listed as Collingwood so I can buy tickets to the big games and scalp them for cash.

so ill take it that everyone just accepts mediocrity around here and one thing that could nearly guarantee sustained success should be knocked on the head because of the 20 regulars in the crowd that show up each week
