Pretty sure you can still get them.
They were still advertising on the weekend.

Well, you see, it's all apart of the 'financial cycle'. Let's pretend you have a job (I know, it's far fetched), and let's pretend for doing that job, you got paid what you are worth. Now, with your $1, you can spend it on WHATEVER YOU LIKE. In essence, you make it, you spend it.

That's just a small part of the 'financial cycle'. It's kind've similar to your dole cheque or food stamps.

Robbie rocked. No doubt about it.

I don't understand why some people have such negatives feelings about him. He's a great singer, and an amazing performer. He's funny, he's sexy and has a great voice. To be 20 feet away from him is something that's going to take me some time to recover from!

The only downside of the night was watching him go the pash with some girl in the audience. I was horrified and sooooooo jealous and spent the rest of the night wishing I'd been her.

I spent MGF's set in the Locker room, but got back in time to see Duran Duran who also were really really good. They looked and sounded ok after all this time and appeared to be having so much fun themselves that you couldn't help get caught up with it.

Although my feet and throat will be paying for it for a few days, it is easily one of the best concerts I've been to

Gotta hand it to the boy....

He certainly puts on a show :D

I, like mandy, spent MGF's set in the Locker room..( That place has never seen so many women at one time :D :D ) but made sure I was in my seat before Duran Duran came on...

Simon, Nick and the Taylor boys can still hold a tune and performed basically all of their Hits and did the first encore by a supporting act i've ever seen...

Robbie was great and a true performer who played the crowd perfectly..

$120 well spent IMO ....

the perve factor for the Guys was absolutely sensational with wall to wall gorgeous ladies everywhere :D :D

Not That I was looking ;)

I just wonder how "Felicity's" boyfriend would be feeling (Read mandy's pash bit ).........I'm guessing he got great sex last night from her after she got home ;)

Seriously, was that vocal solo from that thing in MGF the worst moment in music ever?

Gotta hand it to the boy, Robbie knows how to put on a show. And Duran Duran still have it. Pure 80's excess.

you have to be kidding, don't go bagging MGF... Let Me Be Your Dirty ****ing Whore is a gem... i wasn't sure if they would perform it, but i really should have known they would have... thinking about catchin them again @ the mercury lounge 2morrow nite...

My Darling the stars they shine for you... :D

Robbie just rocked. Best show I've seen EVER!!!
He is obviously the best entertainer of this generation, he has the entire package. Probably could have played for another 2 hours. Spewing he didn't play "Hot Fudge" (I think it's my new fave)
How much would you pay to see Robbie at the concert hall doing his "Swing" set???????

PS: Interesting to read that this concert knocked off the wrestling for biggest crowd at Colonial Stadium/Telstra Dome. I was at both, wonder if many others were??

Freaked Out Flower Children have more talent.

They couldn't be as bad as the opener they had for DD in Brisbane. He called himself Spud, he screeched down the microphone for about 2 mins before I walked out. I came back 10 mins later to find they had hauled him off stage for fear of ppl leaving! He was Horrible!!

OH MY GOD!!!! My friend and I rocked up abt 10am and were in the first 100 there. It was so hot, and no shade, but so damn worth the wait! My biggest gripe was that Sydney security is so **** that they didn't think that people who arrived at 2 would try to push in so didn't put up barriers or anything to prevent it and heaps of people managed to get in when they didn't wait anywhere near as long as we did  Got front row abt 5m from the catwalk anyway though! :D

MGF really didn't do it for me - smutty cheap shock value was just demeaning to the whole night imho (although the chick with the hula hoops was pretty talented!). Also, they weren't particularly organised with costume changes and the two switching costumes got caught out a few times and came on only half in costume (was gonna say half dressed, but that indicates they must have had clothes on in the first place...).

Duran Duran rocked the place and I loved them (even though they were technically a bit before my time!), except we had 2 middle-aged groupie women squealing "Simon!(or other member's name) Remember me from brisbane?" the whole time.

And Robbie... I can't describe how good he was! He was just awesome and I would pay anything to see him next time he comes out to Oz! He did all the usual, and he did Hot Fudge, which I hadn't been expecting after the comments here. And he did a bit You're the Voice too, which rocked the place! Needless to say, it was an awesome night, although my bank balance is feeling it after I hit the memorabilia store! hehehe!

Overall a great day and made my year pretty much! :D
