Blur though!
they'd be great to see live.... didnt that work well at the bdo a couple of years ago haha

but in all seriousness probably the weakest the lineup has been for a few years with a lot of the top line talent being predominately one song based.

It almost makes last years headliners look strong. And one of them didn't even turn up

Having said that, the middle of the day bands are pretty strong. Normally the first thing I say when looking at an Australian music festival lineup is that it needs more Smith Street Band, but they've got that covered

Geez people are hard to please... I didn't think the Falls or Groovin the Moo lineups were very good but this is streets ahead in my opinion

Definitely better than the Groovin lineup, I still can't believe I'm going to it. Falls I'd probably have about the same from memory of who played

I don't care for any of the acts playing personally. But agree with OP when he said hard to please, I would have thought young/fun/festival/pop/alternative/whatever people would have loved this, seems a good mix.

Tickets locked in will be great to get back to splendour since 2010, agree the headliners aren't as "eye grabbing" as some years but I think top to bottom its more solid than past years.

shit lineup, shit festival, shit price, shit.

probably check out a best coast sideshow.. take ur girlfriend and be warmed by the vibes in mid-winter.

Hahaha, of all the bands to see a sideshow and you go with Best Coast

"Yay! We love California and the beach! and we'll sing it about it in every song!"

Sold out within two hours. I've never been, it's always around the time of my footy finals, not the sort of time you want to be missing games, but it must be incredibly well run with great vibes and all that. It sells out within hours at the most every year, irrespective of lineups

The Doors had it all wrong. People aren't strange they are stupid.

Jamie T's supporting Blur's sideshows. Silent Alarm would have to be happy with that.

I reckon its the best lineup for a few years. The head liners are pretty boring but there's good lineup depth. Mark Ronson live would be weird.

I'm rapt with the Blur / Jamie T combo. Two of my favourite artists. Couldn't ask for anything better.
