Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow

Anyone got it? I only just got the original Splinter Cell a few weeks ago when i got a new computer as the previous PC wasn't good enough to play it. I really enjoyed playing it and liked all aspects of the game, have already completed it, and i plan to get the second one. I have seen the website for the Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow and its trailers and it looks awesome, a step up from the original Splinter Cell, which was a good game in its own right. I was hoping someone might have it and could give comments.

i played it on xbox and it was very good but i havent played the first one so i am not sure if its any better

Do you own it on PC or a games console? Even though i have had the original Splinter Cell for about 4 weeks, i already want to buy Pandora Tomorrow. In fact, i think i might do it tomorrow!

Well i bought it, but there was something wrong with the bloody graphics card/driver thingy even though my computer is like a f*ckin month old. Gotta download it from a site or something like that.

I have it on XBox...I hate CPU gaming because that is often the case. Very annoying.

im annoyed i didnt read your posts about 5 days ago otherwise i would have warned you. Minimum specs for this game are huge. It is imperitive that you have all your drivers up to date also.

Well my computer is actually quite new in terms of how long i have had it (about 4-5 weeks since i bought it now) and in terms of what's on it. I only bought the original Splinter Cell like about 4-5 weeks ago as i remember wanting to buy it when it first came out in about late 2002. I changed my mind and instead bought a demo of it off some PC mag. Lucky that i did that as it was about $99 then and i got it for about $60. Also turns out that i had a similar problem then with the SC demo as i have now with SCPT in terms of not having a good enough graphics driver or something like that. Plus like i keep on saying, my new PC is already quite good enough, giving an indication of how demanding SCPT is. I also saw on the SC website that there already is a SC3 in production. I guess i can give up all hope of being able to run that!

yeah i hear ya, I was plenty ****ed off about the minimum req. for this game. But as Jod said thats why its better to keep to an X-Box or PS2. If I was back in Australia I would have bought it on that platform.

But I have no hope of getting Splinter Cell 2 in Japan as SP1, only came out about 5-6 months ago.
