Split competition? Just why?

Why have they created 2 Dream Team competitions this season?

Did anyone ask for it?

Were people disullisioned with the one comp?

Did they fix what wasn't broken?

I NEED A PLEASE EXPLAIN FROM SOMEONE

Not completely certain but pretty sure virtualsports and AFL had disagreements on how to run dreamteam this year. Virtualsports basically said they aren't running the dreamteam comp for the AFL and said they will run their own competition.

AFL hits back and says well we will run our own dreamteam then.

If I had a guess the AFL was trying to control the rules too much. The AFL isn't really that interested in the dreamteam comp they were more interested in how many people visit the website every week. Every rule introduced in the last few years has been designed to increase website traffic.

What a complete joke this has turned out to be.

The new AFL fantasy site is just hopeless.

It all started last year with the farce that the changes made to the difficultly of the comp.

People don't want easy because easy is boring. Without challenge there's no point.

RDT is the real deal. 30 trades and a site that works. VS are the kings. Long live VS.

Making a Fantasy team just felt way too easy. VS is so much better.

Fantasy has the official AFL endorsement and is more colourful with player pictures and a nicer interface. Those are the only positives (which are fairly inconsequential) because VS has obliterated it in every other way.
