People's thoughts on the st george?
Great race as per usual.
Bit undecided here, leaning toward marasco out of respect for Fred.
Aqua D'amore certain to run top 3.

I've watched the Orr replay about 4 times and I think Casual Pass also had a very very good run besides the two you have mentioned. Not the greatest gate but I'm thinking of getting on.

Thrown Magic in the deep end here at WFA. Only running as the distance suits and he can then go to Sydney in handicaps over distances where he will be extremely hard to beat.

I like either Pompeii Ruler or Casual Pass as there doesn't look to be a great deal of speed outside these two.

I think Magic Instinct ran very well last 2 weeks ago when the race was set up for horses on speed. Speilmiester and Magic Instinct came home very well and i think its a horse to follow for the future. Will be nice odds this week anyways.

apart from marasco, pompeii ruler and casual pass looking the main hopes, i am quietly confident of the chances of brom felinity.

he is now reaching his peak fitness and ideal distance, so i feel there is no excuses why he shouldnt be in the finish. i will be backing him each way.

I think Marasco will win, but i won't be backing him. Should have a fitness edge over the other main chances having been racing semi-recently in Perth.

Pompeii Ruler, Casual Pass, Aqua D'amore are all second-up at 1800 an i think will improve on their runs.

Pompeii Ruler will have my cheering though!

I quiet like Aqua D' Amore against this group of horses but Marasco hasn't put a foot wrong and is the form runner.
Aqua is showing $6.00 so I'll get on that.

agree that marasco has not put a foot wrong but i think he is unders definately, he deserves to be favourite but im not sure $2 is value only question mark over aqua d'amore is she always runs a super races but just doesnt win

Yep fully agree with all of that. She hasn't had a win for a while either but she does race against top quality though. I just feel that she is the class runner and the good odds offered were enough for me to have a stab.

Couldn't have asked for much more really, was really windng up nicely and looked a rough place chance at the 250m before being hampered a little by Casual Pass. Looks well suited going back to a Group 3 handicap in Sydney next start.
