"Collis said as this charge was a second offence, a three-match suspension was an appropriate penalty." What a joke! How many times does Matthew Lloyd get reported and promptly gets off. Even the other week when he did get suspended, Essendon appealed and he got off.

I f the club had any spark they would speak out against this
bull **** decision.

Every other team in the comp contests the tribunals decision
when they feel it is unfair,but not us.

Well I wouldn't quite put it the way you have oxx but I agree - they should appeal.

If they appeal they run the risk on the penalty being increased.

I am not surprised he got suspended considering the injury suffered by Blake. I know there is talk that injury may not have caused by Staf's wayward knee but at the moment the way the games is going I am not surprised by the decision. There seems to be paranoia at AFL headquarters that things are out of control and the game is in "disrepute".

If they appeal he'll cop another 3 weeks. Very lucky IMO. A stupid, cowardly act and he deserved it. He's let the team down badly with this. He should be concetrating on getting into some form instead of hitting blokes.

Injury list for the week beginning 12/4 (this week) has one more week for Marsh.
