Classic Collingwood Vanilla Midget for mine and should consider himself very lucky if he's still around next season.


"Classic Collingwood Vanilla Midget": Looks taller than he really is in stripes, has all the G&D and working class grit you would expect, reasonable at all facets of the game, lacks polish, flair and the genuine ability to be a real top line, a grader, an honest trier/toiler but will let you down in September.

Must be the small Vietnamese Tv sets. And you'd have actually seen how many games live in "Hanoi and all over Asia"?

Don't get me wrong, i agree with some on that list. But it just isn't practical to trade/delist/retire 16 people.

I'm not a "near enough is good enough" supporter, but i'm a little more realistic. We're not going to be able to replace 16 players with super stars or whatever you seemingly think can happen.

yeah this one makes more sense which is why in my original post i had ALL in caps, no doubt we cant remove 16 players in one year. but geez we need to if we're going to go forward, not even asking for superstars just some improvement in depth and quality.

Glad to see you have settled down a bit. Whilst there are still some doubts over Stanley and Cook's games (as an example) they are still going to be of more value to us next year than picks 85 and 86.

In my opinion we will probably see 6 rather than 16 off the list come October.

Cant understand stanley out and cook holds his position for the EF this saturday. Have watched both through the season in the VFL, stanley looks far more composed and good user of the pill and will put his head over the ball and as for the coments on his kicking it must have been nerves cos his kicking in the past has been above average. Cook on the other hand may have the endurance over stanley but looks a deer in bright lights when in heavy traffic and most times his first instint when he gets the ball is to look backwards and pass off. Stanley very stiff.
