We led the bombers 60 inside 50s to 50. Thats the first time we havent exceeded 60 inside 50s to the opposition. Thats something good. We really should have won.

Westy again with 9 clearances. these are gold. Next was Darce with 5 and Dimma and basset(!) with 3. Not enough support for Westy. Johno had 1 clearance, 2 tackles and 6 clangers.

Hahn had 8 clangers from 17 possies! Skipper 5 from 15, Kmac 4 from 14, Basset 3 from 9.

Darce laid 5 tackles, Hahn and Brown 4, then Westy Dimma MacMahon and basset on 3.

D50 kings were Smith with 6 and Dimma with 5

Skipper led inside 50s with 6! followed by Murph, Darce, Dimma, Westy on 5

Hird had 9 clangers for the dons.

38 tackles is still not up with the power houses of the comp.

Guido only 1 clanger from 24 possesions which would probably be his best effort for some time.

How was hahns tackle?! I was sitting so far up on the 3rd level I needed an oxygen mask, but I saw the jolt he gave that guy. The whole crowd went 'oooh'.

great tackle that one was- text book stuff. I reckon that kid might've been having second thoughts about carrying the footy too much after that.

38 tackles was not too bad, but compared to the Crows who laid something like 50+ and still had the majority of possesion it is still an area of improvement. A few early hits like Hahns in the midfield can set the tone for the rest of the game, obviously we havent got the size to be really rough and tumble but that sort of pressure coming from anyone will certainly unsettle the oppostition and cause lots of unneccessary turnovers.

Even the saints and Richmond had almost 100 between them (mid 40s each).
