He's obviously serverly overrated by a few BF poster who believe they are suddenly experts of the game because they played b grade club cricket .

I think he's one of, or if not the best captain in the world. He always says it how it is and the players play for him. The other night he was let down by his fielders. If they took a wicket then he would have taken the powerplay. Ponting is an average captain, but when everything is going right he looks like a genius. When it's not going so well his inadequacies stand out like dogs balls.

Fleming only has one top class player in Vetori, who imo is the best spinner in the world, now Warneys gone. Most of the time he's working with rubbish but still pushes the best team in the world very closely. You can't say that this is not the result of quality leadership.
