It's funny, I've read a couple of articles and stats about him lately. I've got reason to believe his terribly underrated, and is a huge key to our wins. Since he was dropped, his in unbelievable form, career best form.

His been the best small forward in the AFL this season, and by the best, I mean the highest goal kicking small forward, which is the key part of there game. But his also scored the 2nd most goals from general play in the AFL behind Buddy. Not only has he been scoring goals, his been getting other team mates involved in the game to, increasing his goal assists from previous seasons as well as his possession count.

Does anyone else think his terribly underrated by opposition teams? I know I rate him as high as any other player in our side.

yea really dont understand why nobody likes him.
ive always been a big fan of his, an absolutely great player and in my opinion has one of the best footy smarts. Some of the things he manages to pull out of his hat are amazing.
Clearly the #1 small forward in the competition and has had a remarkable season.

I rate him enough to hope that Guerra legally ploughs straight through him on Sat.

Only St Kilda supporters could like him.

YES. PLEASE play Guerra, he is the ultimate crunch time final loser, he really knows how to choke under pressure, he has proved it time and time again.

Milne IS GOD

Haha of course. When you're a cocky little smartassed goal sneak, how could we not love him? :)

Guerra is soft now.

Exactly! The same reason everyone bar pies hate didak. ;)

Check out Guerra against the dogs last week. Nothing soft there.

Has anyone noticed how Milne has stopped playing on from set shots? It's the best indicator of the way he's matured this year. He has cut out a lot of the high-risk stuff from his game and gone back to tin tacks, a bit like Medhurst at Collingwood.

Which reminds me. Who's your daddy, Medhurst?

Sure has fooled me. I thought last year he showed signs of slowing down and that his time in the AFL could be drawing to an end. Yet the 28 year old has managed to play his best season, I did not see that one coming:thumbsu::)

His type if dying from the game. Small forward these days need to be flexible and be capable of playing through the midfield. Milne is not very good playing in the middle. Enjoy it while you can.

Can't believe he's still pulling it off at 28, sad he's only got a few more years to go.

Was my hero as a kid haha, dribbling it from the boundary line screaming 'MILNEEEEYYYYYYY'.

Good times.

Hahaha. Come on Gold Member. The boy can play.

Least he doesn't stooge for kicks like that flog Osbourne.

what you talken about when higgins had his head over the ball and guerra went the man and cost the hawks a goal?? his real tough guerra its more dirty then tough any1 can do that to a 19 year old if he has been playen for ages look at the body size numnuts. his a dud why do u think we got rid of him ??? and u guys play him back bahaha thats a smart option

It amazes me how everyone talks up Davis, Didak, Johnson, Medhurst, Stokes and Thomas when it comes to small forwards. Yet this guy rarely gets a mention.

It proves how underrated he really is.
true when i hear my mates at school talken footy and i mention milny being better then any collingwood small or any other big club since im 1 of only 4 or 5 saints supporters at ma school i get abused then the next week milne comes out and kicked 3 or 4 on my mates team and monday next they dont hear the end of it till the next game

You obviously missed his huge crunching of Aker...

When it comes to hardness there are two types:
Hard at the opponent (Guerra's specialty), and
Hard at the football (something Guerra has lacked, even in his StKilda days).
Only one of the two types is respected in the football world... and it's definately not the first one

Im sure you'd love to see Guerra 'plough through' Milne, but if I were a Hawks supporter I'd hoping for him to do the really tough thing and go in and win the contest!!
