Good to see him in great form after all the pressure that's been put on his this season. I hope he puts off retirement and does go to the Windies.

If only he was Australian, this guy would make a great addition to our World Cup hopes... hang on a second....

It might be a great effort (should've out for 4 though) but I don't think it'll change the selectors minds though.

One-day cricket is becomming more a game for younger and more agile players... Steve Waugh falls short in both categories unfortunately.

He's had a good run though.... 16 years in the one-day side, member of successful 1987 and 1999 World Cup teams, (1999 as Captain) over 100 wickets.... not bad if you ask me!!

How does getting 200 in a milk match have anything to do with the World Cup.Justin Langer gets centuries in milk matches, yet still can't get in the ODI team.

It's two different forms of cricket.

Miss the 107 against Tasmania?

Both Langer and Waugh should be in the WC squad.

I fully understand that it is two different forms of cricket, but Waugh's double ton put together with his recent One Day scores shows he is a player in form. Waugh can play both forms of the game, the reason Waugh was not selected in the WC squad wasn't a question of his ability in the One Day game but a question of his form.

No way for Maher, Jimmy's done quite well with his few chances...I'd put in Langer For Martyn.

Nah, Maher bats too slowly, Martyn is a better batsmen and scores his runs faster.
