Stick With....

I would like to see Richmond stick with a spine of:

McGuane
Polak
Tuck
Richardson
Schulz

I like that spine and it shows great potential for the future. I think that TW is puting Polak at CHF because he has said to McGuane and Moore one or both of you will be de-listed at the end of this year if you don't show me all of your skill, so show me who is more hungry for it. With Thursfeild being our 3rd tall in the back line that is a very athletic backline that can run it out well aswell. Also I think that TW is playing Polak at CHF to build up his confidnece becasue if you put him at CHB and he gets beaten there then his confidence will drop massivley and he wont use all of his skill (like we sore last night although i think he cann still play even better than that). Richardson can play at CHF until J. Reiwoldt can get some bulk on him.

Many people are saying that in 2011 we wont win games becasue we wont have: J. Bowden, M. Richardson, D. Gasper, N. Brown, P. Bowden,
K. Johnson, T. Simmonds, T. Knoble and G. Tivendale. But when you look at the young players that are coming through we will be able to cover them:

J. Bowden - J. Oakley-Nicholls, T. Casserly , A. Raines, C. Newman.

M. Richardson - J. Reiwoldt, C. Hughes.

N. Brown - D. Meyer, M. White, R. Tambling.

P. Bowden - W. Thursfeild, L. McGuane, K. Moore.

K. Johnson - D. Polo, S. Edwards, J. King, N. Foley.

T. Simmonds - A. Pattison.

T. Knoble - ???

G. Tivendale - D. Conners, A. Collins, B. Deledio


We have many other players that can take there roles that are abit older but they are just the very young ones. The only person we are really lacking to cover is T. Knoble (Second Ruck).

JON, Conners, Collins, Pattison, meyer, white, hughes and casserly havent really shown anything yet to suggest that they are going to be quality players in the future. Oakley Niccols really needs to do something, picked at no 8 hasnt done shite.

plus replacing pat bowden isnt that hard

True but from what i have heard and seen of them in other games they have the potentail to replace them.
