So why is it that Rix has not been selected?

I do not have the opportunity to see him play (as many of you Victorians have) either live or on TV.

Has he been dominating in the ruck? Do his taps go to advantage?

Does he drift forward or back when not in the ruck?

Has he been dominating with the ball?
How are his disposal skills?
He doesn't seem to kick many goals, does he take a lot of marks?

I've only seen him once on TV, but he was superb. Had about 30 hitouts, at least 12 to advantage, about 20 possessions (kicking was a bit suspect but he usually hand balled it), over 10 marks (over 4 contested) and he ran all day.

Doesn't kick alot of goals because he usually drifts into the backline, and then creates an option on the wing coming out of the backline.

Also had a massive physical prescence (almost Hamill-esque).

Anyway, Casey are playing in Warrnambool tomorrow! So I'll keep a close eye on Rix, and try to see if there are any major flaws in his game that may reveal why he's not being picked. (As I said, his kicking is supect, but he's easily a better kick than Knoble, and he usually got a game).
