I'm not sure if it's alcohol or drugs but

Mcguane is not a terrible kick, he isn't even a bad kick. He's serviceable
Howat has played about 20 promising games, no he hasn't played 150 games and stagnant
Terry will be our coach for the next 2 years, he has a team full of kids and we weren't expected to make the top 4 this year
Tambling is only 20 and will be a great player, not he is not 27 and stagnant
Hyde doesn't turn the ball over up forward, it's our slow movement which causes the floods and rebounds

What other things can we point out to the blind?

Yeah i was a bit shocked to hear Bruce and Dennis talking about Mcguane's skills. Saying he hasn't got the best skills, then a minute later he hits Deledio with a 50m pass.

he skyed that snap at goal then followed it up with a clanger, beyond that Ive never seen him miss a target...was like the simpleminded that used to berate andy kellaways kicking because he was related to duncan...the rationale kills me

Andy was a fine kick 95% of the time. His kicking for goal was deadly actually :thumbsu:

Big Duke McGuane is going to be a ten year player for us, he may be raw but he is SUPER competitive and when he grows into his frame he will be a solid KPP.

Has one hell of an upside.

agree with his competitiveness - thought that was his best game for us on the weekend - he had a impact on the game definitely.

but how good was will thrusfield!:)

He looked alot less rigid and seemed to be playing to his instincts, at times he looked genuinely silky. great pair of hands aswell.
however, he did turn it over a bit and pick the wrong options now and then, this was mixed in with some great passes but on the night he was definately one of the poorer disposers for us.

Just inexperience. Wouldn't call them bad kicks, just inexperienced decision making
