Stopping worms

A friend told me to put AAAAA@AAAAAAA in my address book so if any worm virus gets in it stops because the virus can't be sent any futher ... Is this a good idea or is it a load of crap like a lot of the stuff you read on here ?????

as you thought its crap many things that you get told add to things in your comp might actually attract hackers and viruses.
