Has anyone ever been involved in a situation that didn't make any sense at all?
One of the wierdest things I was ever involved in was when I did a business course after I left school, back in 1993. The bookeeping class took place in two parts, one session before lunch and one after, so we would leave our books & stationery in the room and go to the next door shopping centre.
One day, we went across and one of the girls (who seemingly enjoyed the course and attended every day for some time), stopped to browse at the newsagency. I had lunch with some of the other students, and we went back after about an hour or so.
The girl in question did not come back after lunch. She never returned, and left her books open on her desk, as well as her stationery and expensive scientific calculator.
The manager apparently contacted her, so there was nothing sinister or supernatural, but just vanishing from the course and leaving everything behind didn't make any sense at all. I have done courses since then, and there were always "fly by nights" who vanished after a few weeks, but nothing ever as wierd as this.
Does anyone else have any strange stories like this?
