stratergy

if i have 3 trades left and little money in my bank what do you think the best stratergy would be? Do i cash in a bench player and upgrade mooney/hasleby/waters... do i trade one of these players 2 a better player around the same value...or do i sit and wait for injuries...i do not have lucas/judd/johnson/chapman.
Thoughts?
