Streaming radio question

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I cant stand the commentary of the footy on the tv. I was wondering if i could delay a streaming radio station on my pc to match up with the tv. Thanks for any help.

Not possible as far as I remember . The the audio for all matches is in delay anyhow by about 20 to 30 seconds.
