Suggested restrictions on account functions

Dear admin,

There's an individual who keeps making new accounts and sending out mass direct messages containing images of poop. Its kind of funny but has also become a bit boring. Could you please fix this. My suggested fix is to restrict new accounts from sending private messages or tagging users until they have made X amount of posts or are X days old or a combination of the two.

in the meantime you can report convos and admin will deal with it.
