Does the above mean we a will be missing all inside intel/goss from inside the GC doors for 2021 onwards?100% he will flourish with some Vitamin D.
Seriously my friend who was let go from the Club thinks it's an excellent appointment and he is highly regarded especially in the area the Club has appointed him. Thinks Head Coach was just not his particular skill set.
Spoiler warning: No, Projects 10th to 15th
Yes but I really had very little anyway.Does the above mean we a will be missing all inside intel/goss from inside the GC doors for 2021 onwards?
It's the old Swans gang getting back together minus Longmire. They are injecting Bloods culture into Gold Coast football.Yes but I really had very little anyway.
Shaw is an excellent appointment they really needed a bit more on the player connection side. Dew knew that was not one of his strong points and it's definitely Shaws. Dew was very keen to get Shaw which is a very good thing.

With Neil Craig.. that was pre-covid. With the border closures, that would have changed, given he was splitting his time between england and here, and the cuts of course.Just thinking, these part time specialists and advisors we get never last.
I am sure there has been more too.
The 2014-17 sweet spot period was almost Tippett's entire career at the Swans. He was with Sydney between mid 2013 to 2017. Is it a coincidence that Dew, Francou and Tippett all left Sydney in 2017 and are now all coaching at the Suns?2014-17 was the sweet spot for Dew, Francou and Shaw at the Swans. Have a look at Sydney's results in those years:
2017 was the last year Dew and Francou were with the Swans and 2018 was when it all started to fall apart for Sydney as they just scraped into the finals and got knocked out in the first round. They also lost Shaw at the end of 2018 and since then they've finished 15th and 16th respectively.
- 2014 - Minor Premiership + GF Runner up.
- 2015 - 4th + Semi final.
- 2016 - Minor Premiership + GF Runner up.
- 2017 - 6th + Semi final.
