Yup, pretty much every one of my 'clever' picks are up there with the same reasoning and lodgic that I used to pick em', not just their NAB stats. Ah well!!

Thought i had my team pretty much settled. This letter got me interested in newman and mattner.

Yep I got Mattner into my HS team.

Does anyone think Aaron Edwards numbers are close to being realistic for this season? He went completely under the radar for me. Probably the only big one to do so, anyone jumping aboard?

Maybe playing further up the ground suits him for some higher SC score.

He's absolutly rubbish, no one should get him at all. Ever. Same with Burton.

I'm not on Edwards this year, had him last year and gave a solid return.

That said he is better than a hack and defiantly worth thinking about

Made a couple of changes but ediced to enter a "NAB Follies" team full of thir reccomendations - plus Chad Cornes with all the money left over

After game 1 Richo and stevens produced the goods. newman less so but OK.

My 'own' team had just o'hailpin who was a bit under par

Let me know how your second ruck is going mid-season, assuming you could afford Cox at the start. I'll be keen to hear how Wood or Leuey or Hampson stack up?

So far Wood Maybe Simmonds just had an off day against Carlton's amazing ruck division, though.

Leuey was aginst Cox, so it's hard to judge him as yet.

Second ruck is Gilmore mate. So I'm sitting pretty.

Simmo had 17 disposals and 19 hit outs. Torched it a bit with 4 clangers but will get better with each game.

Wood had 11 touches and 10 hit outs which ius excellent against Sandilands. The kids a good prospect, personally I feel Simmo is a safer bet for consistency and points potential. But we'll certainly see.

Gilmore is a great choice but was also another $140k dearer. I thought value for money wise Simmo would prerform at a "near enough" level to Gilmore and that $140k was better spent elsewhere.

They're both good choices in March... Give it 10 weeks before making any real decisions on it though.
