Men lost the first challange.
It was a mixed one with puzzle solving and physical tasks.
Looks like this is the way they will be going on most of them - other than think it out.

I was glad that the old chick was voted out of the 2nd episode. She was worn out & sick during the first day! Can tell she's never done a real day's work in her whole life.
