TAB and UNITAB question

since i started betting i have always bet online i have never really gone to the TAB to do my betting, have done it before but only a few times. my question is what are there cash payout limits?

If you want to withdraw a sizable amount, then do it on a Saturday when their takings are high. I once made the mistake of trying to collect on a Monday and they couldn't do it.

However, they will transfer the winnings to your bank account if that helps.

even if you dont have an account with them will they send it to your bank? just thought they may have a set limit for payouts over the counter.

I always thought once you got to a certain amount they would pay it out by cheque rather than by cash.

There's no set limit to what you can withdraw over the counter, just depends what they have in the safe. However, if you withdraw $10K or more, you just also need to complete some paperwork

Pretty sure there is no limit. Went down with a mate to collect over sixty thousand last year and they obviously didnt have that much there so offered a cheque but he refused to take a cheque so they picked him up and drove him to casino to pay him out while treating him like a vip lol

This sucks haha. I had to withdraw $21,000 after the Brownlow this year and wanted to do it before the Saturday. Definitely get treated different by different outlets. I ended up having to withdraw it in $5000 increments, did this in 4 different outlets and got the last of it out at South Melbourne on Sat morning, ended up the chick behind the counter had the same multi as I did lol
