Tackling

Has really fallen apart- too many attempted tackles are laid at the arms and easily brushed off. Time to get back to basics and launch for the hips.

I agree. Our tackling was terrible today. Tackling is a skill that we need to work on during the next few weeks me thinks.

I would prefer to see us apply pressure in the midfield and stick with our man and to not let players run into an open goal 20m out, but yes we need to improve our tackling

Houli's attempt on Swan at the end of the second quarter was terrible! Swan was able to set around the tackle, and walk into an open goal.

So far apart from the odd couple, most of our tackles come from behind or slightly behind were they cannot been see coming, we are to small and not that strong as shown again today.
