Good news! I guess Talking Footy can't help it if MFC people knock back invites to go on the show (which I believe happened last year).
It seems like Neale has become much better in the last two weeks with the media.

LOL i totally forgot about that show. i just normally watch fox footy now. oh how i love fox footy.
ive already watched the game 3 times. LOL and my dad cringes every time he sees it. but it is good to have someone representing the MFC

anyways, back to ND on TF (all these letters...). i think its good he's gonna be on. what do ya reckon they'll be discussing??? it'll probs have something to do with him being vice of the AFL coaches committee thingy. i dunno!

I watched talking footy last night on the box and here are some thoughts:
Caroline Wilson is an idiot
Tim Watson is the kid who usually a) comes in at the end of the joke... "and breesy"
or b) makes bad jokes ... "Akermanis is the new Ruxton"

Bruce McAvaney is such a nice guy "Thanks for coming Neale"
Rodney Eade did a Turkan - he took the spotlight away from Danners by announcing his retirement
The questions fired at Danners by Wilson were so pointed and only aimed at trying to get a breaking story... Trying to imply that he wanted to quit in 99 (geez, of course you would be disappointed, idiot)
All in all it was a stupid hour of television with the only good thing in my pov was the quote from Danners after the 2000 GF "MFC has a history of being too comfortable"
And his answer were top class as well, using carefuil words to not fall into the trap of Wilson's questions.
I suppose the only real question i would like answered is: Why the hell is Watson on the show?

I actually thought it was very informative. I do agree that that Rodney Eade interview was useless.
But it was interesting to get Neale's thoughts on where we are at and where we are heading.
Also interesting to see how he viewed last years turmoil. He was less than impressed. Overall it was good to see someone from MFC on.

also ND mentioned the crowd on saturday which i was just waiting for someone too, maybe it was just me but there was something 'special' about the crowd that turned up and the support they gave at half time and three quarter time! and for the rest of the game too but especially those times
