Did anyone watch this match which just finished 12 -10 in the 3rd set. I thought she had Jankovic on toast a few times in the match.

I also couldn't help but notice the young austrian had a couple of formidable weapons.....

Very talented indeed... serve and net play a definite weakness for her though.

Looks like she's got some ticker too, never took a backward step against Jankovic and attacked til the end. Hit some remarkable winners.

It's the first time i've ever seen her play so i can't comment to much on her but from what i saw today she has a whole heap of potential.
Only real weakness is her serving and at times she had too many unforced errors but the people close to her will no doubt work on these critisisms and she'll be a contender for many years to come.
Plus she's only just turned Seventeen so to go 3 sets and 10-12 in the third against Jelena is phenomonal.

A huge choke today. Whenever she got close to winning she went into her shell and paid for it. And how crap is womens tennis. From 4-4 to 10-10 no one held serve. What a joke!

Compeltely disagree. One of the main reasons the match was so entertaining was because both girls were going at it-Paszek certaily didnt back down. One of the few times I actually found myself entertained by women's tennis. If only they could have served a little better.
