One of the keys to winning SC is finding ways to increase your team's value. This is one statistic that is maybe overlooked and with plentiful trades this year, it might be even more important to jump onto the every player with big increases regardless if they are true rookies, or a midpricer with a low B/E. Having plenty of cash early in the year is also especially important as the sooner your team is set the more points you will have overall..
Just looking at the top 10 ranked teams, this is the spread of their value increase:
2 1M+
4 900-1M
4 800-900K
1 600-800k
Ironically the highest ranked team actually has the lowest value increase of those 10...
And they all have between 12-15 players (before this week's trades) with negative B/Es..
So BF, what is your value increase?
I'm on 982k myself and 16 players with negative B/Es (including Macaffer who did not play last round).
nb: this is your team value (-10M) + rem. salary cap.
