No problems. I welcome it - gives me a chance to back up my case. If someone has facts or can substantiate their opinion by basing it on sound conclusions then I'm very happy to accept their point. If not, then I reckon I'm pretty close to the money.
I'm yet to see anything you've included in this thread that I'm not in 100% agreement with, smokey.
I believe that Richmond started the 2005 season with less of a base than Freo started their (first) season of 1995. The only advantage we had over them was a already established passionate supporter base, a plan, and a guernsey that didn't look like something Daryl Somers would have worn as a design on the front of one of his "Hey, Hey" knitted jumpers in about 1982.
