The Live Ladder

Channel 7 do a lot of pointless things. Roaming Brian. BT and James Brayshaw generally. Jobeisms.

Still though I don’t think they could do anything more pointless than a live ladder seven rounds before the end of the season, more so when it’s a live ladder for the first game of the round. Eight more games in the round mean the live ladder after game 1 will look nothing like the ladder at the completion of the round, let alone after a further 62 games.

I say put the live ladder away until at least the second last round of the season.

It's annoying if you're one of those people like me who want to watch game 2 of the Saturday night double header without knowing about the result, only to find out the result by seeing the live ladder in the first game.
