Bought the new blink 182 album last week. Like the new sound. Matt Skiba seems to fit well in the band. Not the same without Tom but it works. Their best album since take off your pants and jacket.

As for the comparisons to older albums, which songs on Revolution Radio are your faves.? For me - Somewhere Now, Revolution Radio, Say Goodbye, Forever Now.
Same amount for Dookie - Longview, Welcome To Paradise, Basket Case, When I Come Around but this album is still the best

I generally like the whole album. But would say the songs you mentioned being my favourites, plus add ordinary world to the list.
