We all love a burn man at BF.
We also love telling ourselves the scandalous lies that often precipitate these trade disasters.
Here are some of the more popular justifications for the madness:
"But they've had a role change"
"He's breaking out before our eyes"
"He lost 6kg in the preseason"
"He should play Dusty's role"
"The rule changes suit his game"
"His price makes him a must have"
The long list of sad stories knows no bounds and every single year we ignore the voice of reason and descend into fully fledged burn mode.
Who is on your never again list? Which player, by the very utterance of their stupid name, makes you want to burn their whole club to the ground?
The most recent example is Shai Relton. How can a bloke have enough pain tolerance to get tattoos all over himself yet be a weak as p155 campaigner when it comes to laying a tackle and putting his body on the line for his team mates? He's deadset the crabbiest crab that ever crabbed and he makes me want to fly a 747 through Punt Road. I pray that Richmond finish 9th for all eternity. If West Coast try to sell the farm to get him like they did with Tim Kelly I will deadset microwave my membership.

Why would any reasonable person pick a player from this club? They are coached by a caveman and stand for nothing as a brand. How does any credible organisation squander that much talent? Whether its Punchy punching on, or making you want to punch his stupid face, Punchy is one of the most frustrating players to ever stain our sides. When the news came that GWS players were being quarantined you just knew it was him. Spare a thought for all the masochists that started Jelly... yeah no worries Leon... maybe we can play one of the most talented midfielders of the last decade up forward? Don't even get me started on Shitfield. Let's hope he's a pure midfielder next year so we have 50 better blokes to pick.
Liam Duggan. Liam flogging Duggan. He's gunna play a juicy midfield role they said. But he tonned up 4 of his last 5 games last year they said. GTFO Duggan and dig your way to China with your stupid face for all I care. Maybe a few years in a Chinese prison will harden you up enough not to be a fairy. My daughters under 8's side gives better effort than you (and not one of those girls wears sleeves). You're a WAFL player. Should have kept the mullet champ.
Finally, the worst bowl spray award goes to Hunter Clark. There are no words to convey the hatred I have for this jellyfish. Better lay off the vindaloo next year mate because you sprayed it harder than Kurt Cobain. Your coach gave you a crack in the middle and you ran downhill faster than Jack and Jill. I will never pick you ever, ever, ever again you flog. You're not even a jelly fish. You have no sting whatsoever and have no reason to exist. You are an amoeba kent. GTFO.
