During the 4th QTR of yesterdays interclub praccy match, a couple of rats (beside the word thief, i thought rat would be the most appropriate term) decided upon themselves to knock off the game ball after a goal was kicked at the southern end. the rats snatched the ball from a young kid who collected the ball, before passing it over the fence to another rat before running into the carpark. it held up the game for a good couple of minutes whilst a new ball was found. it was very disappointing and I certainly hope they werent Essendon supporters.

I was behind the goals when the guy took it. The ball got kicked through for a goal and all the kids were chasing after it then all of a sudden this guy breaks through the pack grabs the ball, jumps the fence with his mates and they drive off, all within the minute..... It was F*cking funny because they couldn't find another ball to play with for another 10 minutes or so.

It was pretty funny for a while, Danny Chrtres had a smile on his face.

... could be why Danny Chartres isn't on the senior list! :D

A rat is an informant, a lagger, a snitch

Yes when applied to an animal that is the meaning but when applied to a human it's a snitch

well according to the oxford dictionary:
