Epic show. Loved the brutal and bloody killing frenzy of Marlo and Chris Partlow (Particularly Chris' beat down on Michael's kiddy fiddling stepfather).

Fave scene the final showdown beetween Omar, Mouzone and Stringer Bell.

For me one of the tests of a great show is the number of great characters. The Wire beats all because it has so many and I can't name a favourite, can't get it down to less than a top 10.

[Tiger Fury #3]

Recently started watching this show and was at first disappointed by it after all the hype it has received. But it soon drew me in and now i'm hooked, two seasons down and absolutely loving it. It seems so authentic and the writing is absolutely fantastic, i'm just so glad i started watching this show.

And as for favourite character, it has to be Omar for me. The ultimate badarse.

Yeah I wasn't fully aware what the show was even about during the first episode but it seems to get better and better each episode. Love the fact that there are so many characters whose storylines all intertwine with one another.

Took me about half way through season 1 to really get hooked. Season 2 is my favourite. Frank Sabotka is awesome.

Michael was an awesome character probably my second fav. along with Dukie

although naming him Michael was kinda funny it was sorta like the wire was giving the godfather movies a shout out.
