I think we should draft this guy, either late in the draft or in the Rookie draft.

He's every thing we need, good size, great pace, great stamina, strong, a midfielder, good goal sense, tough, courageous, and his kicking has improved over the last 12 months. Good value IMO.

Thoughts?

Not even the #1 pick would have all those qualities.

From the little I have seen of him he looks a bit of a hack. Cant kick and Slow

You might be onto something with Theo. :thumbsu: He was excellent today in the WAFL Grand Final, he seemed to have a good mark, speed and an accurate kick. I have also been impressed by that dynamo from South Fremantle Shame Tipuamandmeri or whatever his name is. Going from their performances today I think we should promote Michael Warren (hard nosed defender, uses his big body well) and Paul Duffield (solid defender with a reliable and accurate kick out of defence, he is our answer to kicking out from behinds) from the rookie list on their performances today.

Great pace? I don't think so. Slow!
After Theo's performance yesterday, obviously Coasting has proven that he is a very poor judge of football ability. When is the last time you got off your ar..e and went and watched a game of WAFL you tool.

I was also impressed with Hayden North, fantastic gutsy pacy midfielder.Always looks calm and cool under pressure and makes every kick count, beautful kick to postion. Has great stamina and is quick. I have praised this guy before.

I also thought North looked the goods. How old is he? I live in Brisbane, so it was the first WAFL game I've seen in a few years, as a Bulldogs fan it salvaged my season! I wish Freo played with Souths intensity.

Others who impressed me that I haven't seen play were that Tipa bloke and Duffield. Duffield was a great kick and just looked like he knew how to play, is he close to senior promotion? Are Tipa or North any chance to get drafted with a late pick or rookie?

Wait to see if he gets drafted before criticising my opinion.

Doesn't change the fact that he's as slow as treacle!

OK at WAFL level.

Not up to AFL level.

Agreed. More of you need to get out and see an couple, if not a handful of WAFL games, not only to support the clubs but also to develop an opinion on players other than seeing one game.

North 21 yrs. The player most impressive was Jamie Graham on Slimes list we should trade for him.
Graham asked to train with Freo a couple of years ago and wanted to play with us. It didnt happen.
