The time has come. They will have to do it. I dont want to become a geelong, i do not wish for our boys to be the bridesmaids. I do not wish to watch Brisbane win three on the trot and endure ecstacy at our expense, again. I want malthouse and licca to be crying tears of joy rather than ones of gut wrenching disappointment. I want our captain, our god to hold up the cup and finally fulfill his dreams. I want the skipper to be justified and be marked down in history as a premiership captain. I want all of Eddie's and Micks hard work to pay off. I want the 22 players, representing our beloved club to march out with puffed chests, cool heads and then walk away with premiership medallions tightly in their grip.When that siren goes i want to feel the pleasure of victory. I will forever, as will all, be proud of our guys, our men, our heroes, but how about we go one better. How about they do it for Bob Rose, how about the do it for eddie and Mick, how about the do it for all us diehard fans, how about the do it for Victoria, how about they do it for Bucks, and how about they do it for themselves.
